Our onsite Event Coordinator is available to you from start to finish! Services include:

Checkpoint Meetings: Scheduled meetings throughout the planning process to match couples with their Primary Vendors and develop the floor plan, timeline, ceremony and reception details, and overall venue logistics.

Wedding Weekend Services: Facilitation of the ceremony rehearsal walkthrough and up to 12 hours of coordination services on the wedding day.

Our Event Coordinator exclusively works at Whispering Ridge Farms and is dedicated to providing a top quality experience for every couple.

We do! Couples are required to choose their caterer, bartender, and DJ from our Primary Vendors List, and your coordinator will help match you with the best fit for your wedding day.

We also provide a Secondary Vendors List with trusted recommendations for other wedding services. Couples are welcome to use these suggestions or bring in outside vendors for those categories if they prefer.

Yes! Whispering Ridge Farms couples are required to choose their caterer, bartender, and DJ from our list of trusted vendors. Your coordinator will help match you with the best fit for your wedding day.

All other services may be sourced by the couple if they choose. We also provide a list of recommended vendors to help guide you in selecting other services.

Yes! We proudly offer a few venue rental discounts:

• Military Discount (5%)

• First Responder Discount (5%)

  • First responder jobs encompass roles that are typically the first to arrive on site and respond to emergencies, including Law Enforcement, Fire Service, EMS, and 911 dispatchers.

• Last Call Discount: available for dates remaining within six months of booking.

*Military, First Responder, & Last Call discounts must be applied at the time of booking.

We offer one thoughtfully designed package that is streamlined to provide the best possible Whispering Ridge wedding experience. Because of this, custom rental packages or modifications to the package are not available. The Wedding Package was intentionally created to include everything most couples need for a seamless and enjoyable wedding day at Whispering Ridge Farms!

Whispering Ridge clients are allowed to provide alcohol to be served to their guests free of charge. A licensed & insured bartending service from our Primary Vendors List is required for all events. Cash bars are not allowed due to NC law.

Whispering Ridge Farms is not licensed to serve alcohol, so a NC ABC special event permit is required for each event that is including liquor or high ABV alcohol service. NC law prohibits guests bringing their own alcohol or liquor.

We recommend consulting with your licensed and insured bartender for their bartending service requirements.

*Our full alcohol policy is included in our venue rental agreement. We strictly follow NC ABC laws.
